Re: Thoughts On The 3D Printer?

I still don't like the fact that these machines don't have previews for clothing items we buy. I'm never comfortable buying something that way. And I agree the pricing on items seems to be overpriced.

Here's the actual machine. Ignore the water...

Here are the "Laser Claw Hands" for exactly 25 Tokens. [Click HERE for more images]

Here are the "Ninja Stars and Darts - Male" for another 25 Tokens. [Click HERE for more images]

Thanks for this, but I was wondering, are the claws male only? Everything else has a male and a female version, but these don't say a gender so I wondered if they worked on both or what.

They appear to be male only, I'm afraid. Man Frustrated As a male, I only received the male version and there doesn't appear to be a female version.

I think it's a good start. I got a few items including the pet rock Smiley LOL I'd love to see more and better content in the near / distant future though, at a more reasonible price I mean seriously 25 tokens for cool cybernetic gloves but 200 for a tumbleweed, TUMBLEWEED?! Come on now the bacon companion is way better and it was FREE.

Re: Thoughts On The 3D Printer?

There were a couple of stuff that were interesting to me from the 3D Printer. I did get the chance to get the Fantasy Monster Companion, and was thinking of getting one of the beds as well.. but without any description of a laying down animation, I chose not to purchase it.. not to mention most of the items in there are a bit expensive to my liking. It is missing some features that the gift machine has such as categories for items, wishlists, etc. but I'm sure it'll get sorted once more items get added..

Overall, it's a nice addition and should give the gift machine some competition.

I Also Left Out another Cool Feature which is That when you send someone a gift and say they Didnt want tht or They just dont feel like getting a gift. They can Reject ur present and you get back your Vochers(Refund). see that right there is AWESOME! - Aside from that its still in its BETA , so hopefully this becomes better.

I agree with most here that the cost for some of the items is over-priced. But one really positive thing is how FAST it works!! I got the wine rack and the woman's shirt; both which were in my "item received" literally within seconds after touching the "print" button! Considering what a pain that it can be to get items from the "other" gift machine sometimes, this machine at least does that one thing really well!!! And I LOVE the wine rack and lace shirt. They are both excellent quality and only 75 tokens a piece!! Not bad!
