Blueprint:Home - Known Issue

Hi All,

We are aware of an issue where Bluepint becomes unavailable when you first go in and create an apartment.

If you’re experiencing problems with Blueprint quitting out when you first play, exit the scene and re-enter it.

Once you load back into the apartment, wait for approximately 5 minutes then play as usual, this allows the content packs to finish loading in the background.

We apologise for any inconvenience and the problem has already been fixed for an update as soon as possible.

Thanks

Joe

Re: Blueprint:Home - Known Issue

No worries, Basically before you build anything, wait an extra five or so minutes (depending on your connection speed) then it should be fine.

Same for any visitors coming over as well, they will need to allow time for things to download in the background when they visit. otherwise they wont see the amends to your buildings.

Re: Blueprint:Home - Known Issue

So, On the back of the maintenence this morning it looks as if the issues we had with loading Blueprint:Home have been rectified.

When you go into Blueprint Today you will sit on the Blueprint: Home screen while everything downloads properly, this allows you to build straigth away without any crashing. This should also sort out the issues with visitors not seeing apartments when the ycome to visit as they will download everything needed before they enter your apartment space.

Please let me know if there are any issues with this, but hopefully this should be fixed :smileyhappy:

Error if you have a guest that is in a seat, and you reload a layout or change something. They will then be floated by blueprint board  , this will happen with 2 seats only. if you have three guest or more seated when you reload , only 2 will float, a few an my self have tried this    NDREAMS GLiTCH.jpg

Thanks JAHoE,

Can the user get up from their floated seating position and walk around? or are they stuck like that and need to reboot?

Yes Users can get up, an if you remove the seat they will get up that way as well

Re: Blueprint:Home - Known Issue

Joey, i had the floating happen when I visited a friends' apartment. I was seated when he loaded a new background and layout and after it loaded I was seated floating in the air. As soon as I went to stand up, I fell back down to the normal level. :smileyhappy:

Re: Blueprint:Home - Known Issue

I had the issue with the floating people too, but it did happen to 3 people at once though (it looked like two people were sitting on opposite sides of the other person's lap).  I don't know for sure, but maybe it has to do with the direction you are facing when you are sitting?

I am having the "too many items close together" error, when placing furniture.  I can't seem to get any more than 64 items in the space now.  Although at one time I had a little over 80 when it gave me the message.  I removed an active item and  now I can't have more than 64.  None of my items are even remotely near each other.  A friend said last night that she was having the same problem.

Re: Blueprint:Home - Known Issue

Thanks for the feedback all :smileyhappy:

Anamri with the furniture error message J_W explains it on another thread on this board, it's a Home issue and not a Blueprint issue unfortunatley so we can't do anything directly from nDreams. We will try to help push through the complaint though.
