Easy, there was a bug that the free flying pickories did not respawn properly on the Loco Island (every 20 min., if I remember correctly).

 

This was announced on the information board on the island to keep the owners informed, but after tat bug was fixed, Sony developers simply forgot to update the board with that bug fix information. No more no less, the bug is history for more that 2 years now!!

I havnt been to loco island in awhile. Dont know if anyone else had this happen or not but I had my pictory ammount dropped to 0 twice. Both times I had close to enough for the pickle suit. Dont really care about getting them back because I never go there anymore.
