The servers are being slammed. Thousands of people trying to log in simultaneously and upload their files.
But, as often the shills like to remind us, who's knows more about how many active Home users are on Sony's servers?
Sony should've been more prepared for this congestion.
you know what IM DONE !!!, **bleep** it IM getting rid of both my Ps3 & 360 and getting the Wii-U. Sony & Microsoft can both go to hell for all i care. I wish i never skipped the Gamecube for the Ps2 back in the day.

You know, whenever we have a major update we have issues the first hours/day or two that eventually go away. Visit Home later in the evening or try again tomorrow.
The Developers are very aware of today's issues and are working on them right now.
Honestly, people are freaking out way too much over this. This was to be expected with a core update. Especially one where all our data is transferred. Yes, I'm also getting errors, but I'm going to just keep trying to get back on. You do know if you keep trying to get on you'll eventually make it through, right? Maybe don't space hop so much once you get on, that seems to be the issue atm. Find a space you like and hang out there until things are more stable.
Good advice. What I've noticed is that occasionally the downloading arrow will get stuck on the screen for longer than normal, and each time I've tried to change spaces while that icon was on the screen I got booted from the network and had to restart Home to reconnect.
If you see the downloading arrow on your screen I would recommend not going anywhere until it disappears.
