im a level 30 on novus prime and I didn't get my rewards from 22-30 i have restart home and notting happend

im a level 30 on novus prime and havent got my rewards from 22-30 i got nothing i clear my cache and  i look in my storage and nothing there but i got new rewards from other places on pshome but nothing novus prime y is that. someone help ?
