That's really not the point of the customer service counter. Rewards, I mean. Although this is the first time I saw an item that was completely different from the original.
The customer service counter is used to give an updated version of items, be it purchased or rewards, because the original wasn't made right.
They did this with the bunny ears, which were reward items from Downtown.

How do you figure? Its is clearly stated in the Title that its a free item with purchase, just cause you buy the outfit doesnt mean that your not getting the extra hairstyle that would have normally cost you more money. I think its great when they throw in an extra perk for something that I intend to buy anyways. Its like their saying "Here's a little extra something, thank you for you business"
