I agree, a lot of gamers don't have the decency to try any others games besides Call of Duty. I know people and the only games they have are COD 5,6 and 7. At least try some other shooters, or play some of the best games on the PS3 like Uncharted 1 and 2, MGS4, and GOW 3.

I would really encourage you to try Kz3 I have played the beta and they have fixed some of my annoyances with the game. They also changed some of the things people coming from COD didn't like. I'm sure you have heard that the aiming "weight" has been removed. Spawn nade have also been removed. Plersonaly, i found the spawn nade spamming to be one of the biggest issues with Kz2.

@Gray -
Activision has already registered domains for/trademarked Advanced Warfare, Future Warfare, Secret Warfare, and Space Warfare. Not only that, but each is registered 3 titles deep (initial installment + 2 sequels).They're not going to ease up off of CoD. They're just going to hit it harder after MW2 and BO's showings on release alone. When it turns into Tony Hawk and Instrument Hero for them, both of which they've run into the ground, they'll move onto something else or try and reassure everyone else of the relevance of the series/IP (just kill the Tony Hawk games already).

Now Playing: Defiance | Gundam Battle Operation

When it comes to single player this game probably had one the better story lines, it had you guessing at every turn and the ending was just simply amazing. The game play was fun and enjoyable all the way through th entore campaign. I have played and beaten every COD that has come out for the 360 with beating some on veteran; COD4 MW, MW2, and i'll get around to Black Ops. i didnt finish COD2 on veteran because i got annoyed at DDAY (i feel like if i went back to it i could beat it now, this was back when i first got my 360) and i didnt bother with COD3 and WAW because i didnt really enjoy those campaigns. When it comes to the series COD2, COD4, MW2, and Black Ops are the ones that count. i concider COD3 and WAW just fillers.
When it comes to online, everything starts with COD4, thats where the series kicks off, from the point on the online is always solid. I dont know how it ison PS3 since i have only played them on the 360 but they are as solid as you can get. You have to ask yourself, how many different ways are there to kill people online and play objective games? each year they do add new content to play with, killstreaks ect and obviously new maps. I find the game to be very enjoyable and a great way to kill time, especially in college.
Not playing the games mentioned means you are missing out, but hey why do i care. Dont play them, one less person to hear complain online.

Activision is doing the same thing that they did to the Guitar Hero series... They're milking it dry for very little apparent reason.

I couldn't agree more! lol Idk why Ubisoft has stopped making Rainbow Six games, but now would be a good time to try to break into the never-ending cycle of COD games. I think FPS fans want something new, and if Ubisoft could deliver something fresh, they could really shake things up in the FPS genre.
