I need help to know if I will lost any purchased item (for example: Variety map pack for Call of Duty 4) if I change my system. I want to buy now a PS3 slim, but then, can I use the stuff I bought in my new console??  or I will have to buy it all again?

You can download your DLC and games on up to five ps3s so you should be fine. Unless you already used up all of your activations somehow. I think movies work differently though. If you don't have any activations left you can go to account management and deactivate your account from the ps3 you want to get rid of.

Just login with the PSN ID that you used to purchase all your stuff and simply go to your download list and re-download everything.
