[This document is a work in progress. As more questions arise from the community about Mobile we will update this FAQ]
Q: When can we access PS Mobile games? Which regions will they become available?
A: You will be able to access games from the PlayStation®Store on October 3rd. Initially we will provide service in nine countries, including Japan, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Australia. We are planning on expanding this to other countries in the future.
Q: When will the Mobile Developer’s Kit (SDK) be available, and how much will it cost?
A: The SDK will be available later in November, and will cost $99. More information to come on this SDK later.
Q: How many devices have PS Mobile on it?
A: Starting October 3rd, you’ll be able to download PS Mobile games on PlayStation Vita, HTC One smartphones, Xperia-branded phones, and on a variety of Sony tablets. Consumers can expect to hear a lot more about when PS Mobile games will be available on their favorite smartphone or tablets in the future.
Q: How do I access the PlayStation Mobile Store/Content?
A: Getting PlayStation Store (for Mobile) on your Sony Xperia phone:

Getting PlayStation Store on your Sony Xperia tablet:
Sony Tablet S/P owners will receive a notification letting you know that the PS Store is available for download.
From there, simply follow the on-screen directions to download the PS Store App and start downloading games for the Sony Tablet S/P.
Getting PlayStation Store (Mobile) on your Vita:
As long as you have a SEN account and internet access, you can download the full range of PlayStation Mobile content for your PS Vita. Simply visit the PlayStation®Mobile section within the PlayStation Store and take your pick from the great titles on offer.
What if I purchase Mobile content on another device (other than my Vita)?
If you purchase the Mobile content on another PlayStation Certified Device go to [Options]>[Download List] to select the title and download it directly to your Vita.
