80029564 . Can i download my games on the PC then take them to the ps3?

This error is ********, I was downloading the psplus sf, 18 gb, and when i wanted to install it this came up -.-. so i was wondering if i could download the games on my pc then take them to the ps3 or something. I even disabled the media center thing

no you can't. Delete and redownload the game
