I have the exact same problem. I downloaded American Horror Story Asylum episode 6 at the store. I clicked to download and Server Error HTTP : 404 popped up. So I leave the store and went to my account management then transaction then download list and it was there but I still cannot download. Same error code message showed. I live in the US so I called them and did my best to explain the situation. The representative over the phone was a bit confused but eventually her supervisor was able to explain better than I can. They took my info (sign-in ID and username as well as the video name) and said they will put the money spent back to my wallet and they will take off the video from my download list. This happened on Nov. 24. I'm still waiting for the email telling me that they reimburse me.
My advice is to call them directly and explain your situation. I do believe they will do the right thing. Good luck

I just check how I spoke with a live person. Dail the 800 number above then follow this sequence after listening to each option: 3 2 2 3. When you get to this point wait until you have the option to press 0. H ope this helps.

Ok so apparently the store is running a week behind or something on the American Horror Story...
The episode from last week finally was able to download! YAY!
This week it won't let me download the new episode AGAIN! Sony your store look pretty and all, but I would like to have it work.
