Every time I play Black Ops 2 the right toggle button makes my character look up when I try to use my gun. I think it has to do with the control settings.

Maybe check the controller settings in game? Isn't that what you said?

In all seriousness, how old is the controller? Have you tried another game to be sure it is not the controller?

I have seen some threads about controllers, and in some of them, people have expressed they have had issues with the L and R buttons.  I have a controller, ten days out of the box, the S, C, T, and X buttons would not work unless I shook the controller constantly.

These things are made cheaply, and are not always perfect or functional.

It bears repeating, the first two questions.

I already did yesterday, but the right toggle button settings is in reverse. How do I make it go the other way?

I tried it on Black Ops 1, and it seems to work fine.

You mean there's settings for 1and they don't remain the same for 2? Incredible!!! Do they remain the same for Uncharted or God of War?

Maybe there is something wrong with Black Ops 2. I know they are trying to fix all the bugs right now that's why people are having a lot problems with the game right now.
