Hi, i recently saw 11.99 go out of my bank account. i didn't purchase anything so was like straight on the phone and they said they'd block anyone else who used my card. afterwards i find out my boyfriend used my card on his account without me knowing. and i don't want him banned. what should i do? and it's too late to phone them up now.

can they unbann him or?

You can set it up to require a password at checkout. Do that and don't tell the BF what the password is.

but he's still getting banned i think? as i phoned them up not realizing it was him.

i'm on his account now and he's still logged in and stuff. so not banned yet. but he should be as they said he'd ban whoever used my card.

You're talking about Sony banning him right? You could try calling them again but.....

Yeah i phoned sony playstation network. If i told them the reason would they unban him?

Sorry to jump in here ne1, but as has already been said there is very little anyone here can do to help you.

Your boyfriend still took your credit card & purchased something without your knowing, that's theft, whether Sony ban him or not i do not know, but apart from trying to contact Sony again there's little you can do now.
