I bought a $20 PS Store Card and used it to buy "Tokyo Jungle" and the DC Universe DLC "The Battle for Earth", but when i do the checkout, only the "Tokyo Jungle" appears for download and all my money had been used. 
If i try to enter on DLC page and press 'download', nothing happens. ): HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

I don't know how much either of those costs but if you have a service set to autorenew that is expired as soon as you fund your wallet that money will go to the renewal. Check your transaction history to see where the money went.

DC Univers DLC is installed on your system already.. All your doing is buying the unlock key. Goto your Services List under Account mamagement -> Transaction Management on the XMB. Find the DC Universe service option and it should show in there.

Yea dun feel left out tho.. i had the same issue when i bought a DLC pack for DCU. Tho i remember looking there for another game i play was checking for a access key for Patapon 3 or PSP2 (Phantasy Star Portable 2) on my PSP.
