so i got 20 psn card and put into my account and i subscribed to ps plus but when i tried to download any games it says 2 accounts are active deactivate 1 so i when to account management and then account activation and clicked deactivate it loads then say deactivation complete but i still cant download so i am really annoyed i changed my password and all but only two guys had because they set up the account PLEASE HELP

no i got a ps3 and they were going on about it so i went to there house's and they set up and wen i got home i done it using existing account

since they set it up they had your log in information. they used your 15 quid. take it up with them. this may as well be gamesharing. they had your information it's the same thing.

i used the 15 quid 2 buy the plus subscription but i cant use it any way i will get them 2 deactivate it on there ps3 it should work then right
