I bought an Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie on PSN a few months ago while it was on sale for $5.00. Yesterday I accidentally deleted it while trying to movie to a USB stick. I went on the PSN to try and re-download it, but it says I have to buy it again and for full price this time. Does anyone know how I can download it again with out having to buy it again??

You can't download it again without buying it again. You can try pleading your case to customer service at 1-800-345-7669 but I doubt you'll be successful.

Movies and TV shows are a onetime download.

I was just told the same thing I'm fighting it though.

Then fight the movie studios and production companies. It's their limitation that they're forcing on Sony.

That's right movies are a 1 time download. The only way to re-download a movie is if you cancel it during it's initial download.

Think of it as a hard copy if you purchase it to own/rent.  If you bought a hard copy at a store and lost it, you wouldn't go back to the store and expect them to just hand you a new copy would you? The answer is no.
