Cannot get on psn

PS3 states that I am using someone elses ID when it is my email address.  I want to be able to access PSN, but it will not let me.  Help please

http://us.playstation.com/support/contact_options/index.htm    use that link and contact support.  It sounds as if someone may have used your email addy to make their own id, weird!

you need to create a new user.Go alla the way to the left on the xmb to do so. Then you should be able to sign in with your information.
