I purchased the Skyrim Dawnguard DLC from a gamestop and the code they gave me is not working. 

It keeps giving me a message saying the code is expired or invalid.

I was just browsing the "add-ons" for PS3 and Dawnguard isn't even listed yet. Maybe this is the problem. It was supposed to be released today, but I guess they're disappointing skyrim fans again...

See above: I think it's because it isn't up on the playstation store, so none of the codes are working yet. I'm not sure though, that's just my guess

i did the same thing with HearthFire last week same day and everything, it worked then so whats the diff between then and now, my **bleep** of a brother called Sony and they said whatever they said and thenhe wantsto spend another 10$ on buying it form PSstore

Yeah my Hearthfire and Dragonborn codes worked. So what happened when your brother called Sony?
Also, you should convince him to not buy another code just yet.
