I have verizon fios, use to use wireless, still got disconnected, now switched to wired and I still get disconnected, even though my upload speed is like 1mb and I never actually get signed out of my PSN just booted out of games. As far as I know, it's not a Playstation All Stars thing because everyone i've asked does not have this many problems. My internet and phone wifi do fine, as does my parents.

What is your upload speeds and download speeds? Go here to SpeedTest.Net to test your's out.

Your problem is your internet speeds. I recommened atleast 10MBPS of download. 
Try these options to try and help it alittle:
-Setup a static IP for your PS3
-Add Ports to your router or just enable DMZ
-Have your PS3 on wired internet for the most speeds.
This may help abit but it your internet.
