Dust 514 not for purchase?

I've been looking for hours trying to find the merc pack on the play station store and have had no luck. Sure the game pops up when I search, but it only has Aurum tolkens as being available for purchase.

I had checked like a week ago and I saw it for sale for $19.99, but ever since the play station store update yesterday or whenever I haven't seen it.

Can someone help me!?!?!?!
