[ Edited ]

Hi, the e-mail adress associated with my PSN account have been hacked and stolen.
I don't want to lose everything I have bought on this account.

How can I change the e-mail adress to my new one?

Thank You.

Welcome to the forums, OverlordMake.

This is a community of Playstation Users.

I recommend you contact SONY customer service by clicking on "Contacting Support" in the lower left corner of any forum page.  You can either call or enter a live chat session.

I really don't remember if you can sign in to your account on your console and change your e-mail address yourself - might want to try that first, and if it doesn't work contact SONY.

If the email acct itself was compromised then simply change the email associated with your psn acct from your PlayStation. If the psn acct was compromised, call Sony.

Remember this moment next time you think giving out your email and password is a good idea.

|Welcome to the PlayStation Community Forums

Your PSN account is protected by its password, the one you created. Your PSN account is as secure as that password. Same applies to your email account or any account protected by a password. This is why users are highly encourage form their password using 10+ characters made of alphanumeric/symbols.

I hope you don't use the same password for everything.

You can update your PSN Sign-in ID [email] from within the XMB:

You can always do it by contacting SONY CS
