I Had same issue.

I' tried remove the platstationStore app and install it back and works to me. Maybe you can do the same troubleshooting.

I was trying to purchase a PSN card, I get this error "an error occurred 80710D36", after several logins I was able to enter the code and now the playstation store said that the code was already used.... but I dont see the money in the wallet !!

Anyone from sony or playstation store can help me? this was a 50 dolar psn card !!

What a mess.   Last night, I could not log into this webpage, could not use 'account management,' the PSN store, nor could I play games online.  But all my PSN friends had no problems.

I've been having the Error 80710D36 problem today.

I'm having the same problem, my fifa 13 online pass stopped working and I Googled how to fix it, go onto the ps store and get the error code. Tried getting onto it signed in as a different user but got the same error.
