This is only going on for @home. Everything else I can connect to, I have done everything except format my PS3 or change ISP's. Been doing this for me for about 2 weeks now.

I haven't have the chance yet to confirm this, but someone said changing your password will fix this. I also hear that Anon has stopped DDoS, but at the sametime I am hearing another group is attacking. I keep calling the 1-877 number and they keep saying the PSN is down, and will be backup shortly.

Hi guys + gals,
Hope you're also excited about the Store finally being back up ^_^
Some people (myself included! *sniffle*) are still experiencing problems with the network since the Store's return. Most should be able to sign into their accounts, however accessing the Store or Account Management at this time could result in error messages. This is being caused by congestion on the network.
We're aware of this issue and it's currently being investigated. Thanks for all your patience!

the FAQ on password resets needs to be edited. it tells users if you are unable to reset via ps3 or pc call sony support
"If you are unable to successfully set a new password using the methods provided, you will have to contact PlayStation support. Before doing so, please have your:
Even the automated system says, if you are calling for help reseting your password choose option 1, yet when you finally get a person on the phone 30 minutes later all they can say is sorry you have been missled... seriously?

It's likely that normally you could do account recovery on the phone, but after the recent hack they had to deny those attempts in case someone attempts to retrieve accounts that they don't actually own.
Still, it would help if the faq was temporarily modified to state that from a certain date onward until updated again, the only way to change passwords is to access the account from the ps3 the account was on.
Hopefully the fix up the website access to password reset, and then later get on the rest.

I'm also getting this, normally I wouldn't worry but I tried to obtain the welcome back package and I got tothe page and tried to get it, but then this error appeared and I had to restart the store. Then when I came back I wasn't able to obtain it anymore because apparently the system thought that I got it...
This is serious I need help here...

Someone already made a thread about this problem, I suggest you read it.
Guess I'll just play Black Ops until the traffic goes down.
