Cant use playstation store. Keep getting message that I need to download software to use the store. I download the software but when it installs it stops at 14% and gives me the error code of 80029564. Need help

Already looked at that and tried everything. Still isn't working

you deleted and redownloaded it?

No. Cause when I select the store I dont get the triangle button to show up. Only thing I can delete is the software update for the store after it has downloaded and thats because it says it corrupt. I cant delete the store itself.
