I contacted Bell and they said they are doing everything to fix this issue. But they don't have any time frame so aI guess we cannot do anything further with this issue.

Re: Error Code (80710B23)

Just got off the phone with Sony (1-800-345-7669) , basically said that the server is down for maintainance due to MW2. Apparently it's caused some havoc on Sony's servers. If you want to attempt opening ports to see if it might correct the issue here they are.

TCP: 80, 443, 5223, 10070 through 10080

UDP: 3478, 3479, 3658, 10070

It's about all I got from them. Would be nice if they could actually aknowledge there's an issue and perhaps post some form of update. They've had more than 12 hours. Too bad the moderators dont' actually work for the tech dept at Sony.

I've also been getting the error code 80710B23 while trying to sign into the PSN since yesterday. Is the server down, or is it some kind of problem with Bell? I hope the problem gets fixed soon. -.-
