Future Cop L.A.P.D. Not Showing In The Store?

I've been trying to buy Future Cop from the PSOne Classic section of the store for several months now since it became compatible with the PSVita, although depsite my attempts, I have not been able to find it on the store page, not even with searching.

 

My PSVita is registered in the US.
