They sent an email a few weeks ago with a redemption code in it to get your network store credit. Check your email account. mine was in my spam folder because it was a mass email.

You should have recieved an email and or a message in your inbox in your XMB menu. As far as I am aware the time frame to redeem said promotion was on the 12th (not 100% positive on that).
If you recieved no message at all (there was an issue with some people not getting it) contact customer service. They can help you from there. Good luck!
