I have been having the same problems for about a month now. It most definitely is not region restricted. I live in Florida and have Bright House Networks as my ISP. So we can rule out that right now. I am 99% sure it is Sony's servers. I have tried everything I could to fix the slow downloads, constant disconnects, etc. It's just matter of when is Sony going to get off their lazy butts and do something about it.....

I'm in Massachusetts. Having the same issues. Downloads that would normally take a minute or two are taking hours. Internet connection test says I'm getting between 22 and 35 Mbps for download

I am in NH, but I haven't been on in two days. That being said, I dowloaded some DLC then, and it was the fastest it had ever been. What is the size of the file?

i'm in ny and can barely sign in. every time i try, i get the "you have been signed out of playstation network" message. if it does decide to sign me in, i can't see my friends or my icon, and it will disconnect me if i launch home or something else.
