Help please:The funds could not be added to your wallet (56)

I just create a PSN account today, and whenI tried to buy pes 2013 (psp version) for my psv recently, I found  I have trouble adding funds to my wallet. It says error 56 or NP-8132-4. I don't know why these happen. Card information checks all fine.

 

I use a debit card thought (not a credit card) . Does that make any difference?

 

What if I purchase a PSN card instead??? Would that work???

 

Please help me out. Thanks guys
