I bought the game Ratchet and Clank all 4 one, but noticed i bought my PS3 and i have only 12 GB hardrive and therfore i can not download the game. Anyone know what i can do??  I want my money back.

If anyone know where to find a phone number for phone support in europe to sony, that would be awesome too.

Sony does not give out refunds. Try deleting things off your hard drive. Game Data Utility is always a good place to start, as the stuff there is often large, and always replaceable.

The hardrive in total is 12 gb so deleting anything won't help. a game like Ratchet and clank for example is 16GB

Then you need around 32 GB...try looking at a new hard drive. With 12GB, you're going nowhere fast, and the upgrade will be worth it in the long run.

dont get a 32gb hard drive try to get either 160-500 gb 1 cause thats worth it not 32gb

The new 12GB PS3 is UK/EU only isn't it?

To the OP, all sales in the PlayStation Store are final, you could try contacting Sony about this & try for a refund, but it's unlikely, sorry.

Your best bet as othres have already said is to get a new HDD & install that.
