How do i get my level back

I was on my 4th prestiege on call of duty black opps 2. The host left the game and thats when the game went back to the lobby. I left the lobby to go to another 1 and thats when i noticed my level had start comepletely over. I really like this game and would love to continue playing i just want to get my progress back. I still have all of the videos i had from before i just dont have everything else. PLEASE HELP!!
