you have mulitple ways of going about this.

You can report the user on the PS3 through the XMB.

Or you can report on PC HERE (Link seems broken)

You can call CS at

Phone Icon

PHONE 800-345-SONY
Mon - Sun 6:00AM - 10:00PM Pacific

Or you can live chat with them on PC but that feature is unavailable ATM.

So I would advise you to call CS

Good luck

I almost had this happen to me when one of my buddies sold his PS3 with my account on it... I was so upset and worried but then I found that it was actually easy to remove my account from all the PS3's it was attached to making me very happy. You can only do it once every 6 months but that is a feature that saved my **bleep**! I am wondering if you just had a weak password or what?

Hope it all works out.

Here's a working link Speedy/OP, it's the best way for reporting now.

You can only report inappropriate messages on the PS3. You need to report this by phone or live chat.  If you know the security information for the account (date-of-birth and security question answer), then you can prove that this account is yours. Once you do that, Playstation customer support can change the sign-in e-mail and password for the account so that you can access it.   Sony doesn't know who stole the account, so no individual PSN accounts will be banned. Sony may decide, entirely at its option, to ban any consoles that were used to access the account after it was stolen.  Sony doesn't care whether you want the person banned or not.  It isn't your decision to make.
