Suddenly my credit card is invalid and I need to find out why. I go to contact support via their webpage and all I get is a blank white screen. How am I suppose to contact billing support when there is no way to contact them?

Hey, I have a billing issue with a duplicate charge on a PSN transaction, and this billing number doesn't give that option in the menus. Pretty much every option in the billing number is really tech support.
*UPDATE* Well, I was able to resolve the issue through the billing number anyway, though it apparently takes a whole month to get a refund.
