How to purchase game's DLC overseas?

Have: PS3 bought in the US, Asura's Wrath bought in the US, Japanese credit card.

 

Can't add funds to store because I can't change my country in billing details.

Used my Japanese account to use credit card. Asura's Wrath, US version, DLC is not available in the Japanese store.

 

How do I go about getting the DLC for Asura's Wrath?

Buy a prepaid USA Playstation Network Card from  ebay.
