PlayStation®Network Support

I really hope I can download it because I'm fed up of not being able to play the same games as the US and other such countrued because of where I live.

I've heard that Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life has been released on the Playstation Network but I can't find it aaaaanywhere.

Does anyone know of any plans to bring it out, or am I being stupid and simply can't find it?
