PlayStation®Network Support

Hello gamers,

I keep getting disconnected from games due to me having a NAT Type 3. Im trying to go to NAT Type 2. I've fixed the settings, changed NAT to Open on my router, put my PS3 to DMZ and I keep getting the same results. My modem is connected to my NETGEAR router, and my PS3 is wired to the router. Any help would be appreciated.
