If Tech Support did their job and posted here on the forum giving us updates as to when the store will be working properly again. I know these billing issues are related to Hurricane Sandy, I know because I am can't process credit cards for my business. Seriously guys, it's a five to ten minute investment. If you actually informed your customers on what is going on the confusion would go away. It would be nice to know how long you think it will take, ect, ect, ect.
Customer Service gets a 1/10, you guys have a long way to go.
