The free game was available to people who purchased a years Subscription to PS Plus between 1st November & 8th November 2011, today is the 17th November 2011, did you purchase your Plus Subscription during those two dates?, if so then yes you are entitled to the free JP game.

If you just bought the card and redeemed it, you can't get the JP game for free unless (like Brit-KO said) your redeemed it prior to November 8th. The best you can do at this point is to get a 20% discount on the game for being a PS+ subscriber...
