First off all the language is in spanish it should be in english. I think would be easier for people to use it when they search for their stuff. And they should fix that configuration for the video s, it skips every time you want to fast forward.

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

To what are you referring, if I may ask?  That would help immensely.  If we know what you are referring about, then maybe we can help you.

Are you saying that your PS3's language settings are in Spanish?
If this is the case, here's how you change it:

Turn on PS3:
Access your profile, if required;
You should be on the 'Settings' column;
Scroll down to the 5th item (possibly 'Sistema'), and access that item;
Scroll down to the 3rd item ('Idioma del Sistema');
The 3rd and 4th languages are English (UK) and English (US) respectively. Choose whichever is most relevant;
(English UK is obviously correct because that's the Queen's English).

If that is not your problem, then please provide a bit more information so we can help.
