Little Big Planet Vita PSN online pass.

I bought LBP Vita from PSN a while back, but can't seem to figure out where the online pass code was sent.  Is the code sent in an email, or in the game, or a PSN message?

Games purchased in the Playstation Store will have the online pass added to your downloads list automatically along with the game.  Games purchased at retail will have the online pass on a card in the game case.  The pass is never sent by e-mail or PSN message.
