my psn is not signing in on my ps3 .....i have already created an account but when i select sing in it says "signing in...." but after a little while SONEY ENTERATINMENT NETWORK TIMED OUT .......................{{{{{PLEASE HELP ME FIX}}}}}}

You tried resetting your modem and router? When I have this kind of problem a reset always works.
