Madden 13 MUT Packs not Showing up

I recently bought the 19.99 legendary 3 pack in Madden 13 MUT and the packs are not showing up and it is pissing me off that no one at Sony or EA can help me. I have looked at the PSN id page and it shows that I have Purchased them but they never showing up in my screen.  I called EA they said it was on Sony's end and no one can seem to help me.

Double check your down load list, same happened to me but everything showed up there.
