Mortal Kombat The Movie - A server error has occurred. (HTTP Status Code: 403)

I can't download the Mortal Kombat film that I won from Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition.

The code expires in 12/31/12, but I already redeemed it.

 

When I try to download, I see the message:

A server error has occurred. (HTTP Status Code: 403).

 

I'm trying since 12/23/12...

It looks like even if I get my code working, I'll just might run into the problem above. Hmm?

I made a thread about this but I'm a step behind. It's almost the end of the year we should probably give up.

I have the same problem, I try download Mortal Kombat legacy with my redeem code from Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition ( code expire 12/31/12) ,  might be some solution to download this content?
