Hello,
I bought Motorstorm RC Complete Edition on December 30th of 2012.
There were issues concerning this game (missing DLC) that Sony resolved by sending a voucher to the gamers who bought this game.
Now the problem is, this voucher gives me an error everytime I try to use it on the PlayStation Store (error NP-2244-2)
Therefore, I can't download  Motorstorm RC Complete Edition on my PS Vita.

Is there a way that I can get refunded, and then buy the "fixed" Complete edition on the PS Store ? or having a voucher that works maybe ?

PS: I cannot contact the customer service by phone, since I'm currently in Japan.
