My Controller NOT responding on the PSN Store

I can access the store and hear the startup chime and see the tab on left and the New arrivals BUT I cannot move Up/Down on my controller or press any button besides the PS logo (to Quit). This has been going on for 2 days now and thought it was maintainence or something. I asked a couple of friends and said they had no trouble with theirs. Its highlighting "Welcome" on the PSN store everytime I access it but its STUCK!

 

Acting like my controller is dead when I've tried 2 others with the same problem and I've already tried deleting the PSN store and re-installing it back.

I'm having the same problem. For me though i only have one controller and it's giving me issurs in certian games too. In NHL13 the R2 doesn't work on defence and the L1 on offence. In Assassin creed 3 R2 isn't responding at all.
