My account has been hacked.

About a year ago I quit Playstation for the computer that I bought, and gave my account to a friend of mine. I already knew it was hacked a few months ago, but never really did anything, as I had no proof that my friend didn't just want to give me back my account. Today I decided to search my username to see what popped up, and I found this video, among others.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql3FJRe3JCo

The games, and the username in the description are all mine. I bought those for near $100. I still have the receipts to prove all of these transactions, and the email before the hacker changed it.

I would just like to know if I would be able to get the account back through customer service (when available). If it's a lost cause, thanks for you help anyways!

Best Thing To Do Is Call Sony And Explain It To Them And Show Them The Video Via Email To See What They Can Do And If You New It Was Hacked Why Did You Wait So Long To Do Something About It?
