New Demos greyed Out.

Since yesterday the New Demo's section of the PS store has been greyed out. The MGS rising demo was supposed to hit the PSN today according to some sources. What the hell is going on. How come when stuff doesnt work, Sony doesn't make an effort to tell people anything..
