Ok so, my problem is I'm  not getting the deactivation option to deactivate my all ps3 systems on my psn account.( again) I know can't we  get the deactivation option in every 6 months but it's been more than 8 months since my last deactivation, Still -_-  I didn't get it again... Is it because Sony/Psn don't give a **bleep** because I live I'm Saudi arabia? (outside America), or there's a problem with my account? Please HELP ME!

I think you're going to have to contact customer support for your own region so they may be able to assist you with your issue.
