PS Plus charged me twice, please help

I click buy instead of add funds so I didn't think it worked. So I clicked add funds, then unknowningly purchased a second time. Please help it has charged by bank and I am very low (unable to pay a couple checks I have already sent)

I've call the support number and they have started the refund process.
