I don't think you can, but is it possible to transfer funds from one or multiple accounts to one account's wallet?

No, you cannot transfer currency from one account to another. It may be possible in the future to transfer currency and/or virtual gifts via the PlayStation Store. But for now, the only way to do so is by purchasing a PlayStation Card in the amount of: $10, $20, or $50 and giving them as gifts.
